Therapy for life, career and everywhere in between.

You deserve to feel a strong sense of identity and fulfillment in life and career. I help carve out the space and support so that you can feel empowered to get there. I work with individuals who are navigating career changes, entering into parenthood, experiencing burnout, experiencing symptoms of anxiety or depression around balancing work and life or simply just wondering “is this really what I’m going to do for another 40 years?”

Who I work with

Maybe your career doesn't fit the way it used to. Maybe you're struggling with the balance of managing work, family, and finances and finding fulfillment with all of the moving pieces. Maybe you’re navigating pregnancy or postpartum and the identity shifts that come through those profound experiences. Or maybe you're ready for a change and don't know where to start.

If any of that sounds familiar, you're not alone, and you don't have to figure it out by yourself.

I work with individuals navigating identity, meaning, and transition, including people who are:

  • Discovering or rediscovering their identity and sense of self

  • Unsure how to balance their career goals and life goals like becoming a parent

  • Returning to work after parental leave

  • Advocating for what they need in the workplace, especially as a new parent

  • Redefining ambition when staying home to care for family

  • Translating their skills into a new career or role

  • Feeling stuck, burned out, or unsure if this is really it

I get it. I understand what it's like to navigate career, life, and family all at once.

My work is grounded in a thoughtful, calm approach. I ask the questions that help you find what you already know to be true. I primarily use narrative and solutions-focused therapy, drawing on a range of approaches depending on what you need.

Before transitioning to the counseling field, I spent 15 years working at tech startups, gaining extensive experience in account management, operations, internal communications, and knowledge management. I am passionate about individuals and the stories they tell when navigating changes and opportunities in life and career.
